In our modern “21st century” culture, these two civilizations have largely been erased from the history books. Their names have been kept alive by the occasional non-mainstream spiritual seeker and rogue historians; however, the vast majority of humanity couldn’t share more than a sentence or two about these epic civilizations. This lack of knowledge within humanity has been an intentional act of consciousness suppression (more on that below).
Both Lemuria and Atlantis were civilizations that had glorious millennia of peace, abundance and joy; they also both experienced a devastating and epic fall from grace. Each charted a fantastic journey of rising into their full potential with incredible technologies being birthed such as endless crystal power generators, opulent cities and most importantly, amazing spiritual gifts that arose within their populations. These gifts included the activation of the additional 7 human senses such as telekinesis, telepathy and the ability live solely on prana (light energy).
You may be familiar with the famous “sinking” of both the Lemurian homeland continent, called Mu which was located in the Pacific ocean, and the continent that Atlanteans inhabited located in the Atlantic ocean. Both civilizations charted a somewhat similar path in that they rose to spiritual heights and eventually lost their way due to infiltration by nefarious entities and off world species that corrupted their governments. The Atlanteans became a Patriarchal society that made war on the Lemurians causing both civilizations to engage in ruthless fighting with weapons of mass destruction.
This spiritual corruption within the civilizations created a descent from the harmonics of peace, joy and abundance into the eventual implosion of both cultures - read: cataclysmic destruction of continents fueled by explosions 100,000x greater than our modern day nuclear weapons. To this day, we only have remnants of the Lemurian homeland which can be visited by booking flights to the Polynesian and Hawaiian islands. Atlantis… well, it was totally destroyed on the 3D plane of existence except *perhaps* what remains in the “Eye of The Sahara”.
The reason why you and I were not taught in school about these civilizations is that those who corrupted them are still trying to retain their power over Human Consciousness.
Yes, the forces behind the infiltration and eventual collapse of the Lemuria & Atlantean governments are still trying to run the Earth today. They intentionally “reset” society and started the modern-day psychological slave system that we are currently dissolved through our passionate commitment to physical, mental, emotional and spiritual growth.
Had we been raised with the knowledge of the past, our current timeline of Earth would look significantly different. We would not be burning oil for energy nor would we believe ourselves to be separate from the Divine (God Source Creator Consciousness). The “parasite players”, many of whom came from different galaxies, wanted all of the epic technology for themselves to enslave the population of Earth… which they were largely able to do (up until the Great Awakening kicked off in 2012 and their power grip began to lessen as Humans began waking up).

Yet, despite huge chunks of Earth sinking below the oceans, a handful of long-term thinking, spiritually advanced Lemurians and Atlanteans were able to isolate themselves just before the collapses of the civilizations (for context: both continents sunk at different times, but the fall of the civilizations took 100s of years to decay, so there was advanced warning for those who saw through the Infiltrators lies).
25,000 Lemurians took refuge in a pre-established, 5th dimensional city called Telos, which this group of Lemurians built in secrecy within Mt Shasta, located in Northern California. Led by Master Adama, a frequently channeled Lemurian Priest, these Lemurians began to recreate their civilization with the original energy of kindness, compassion and love (aka within the 5th Dimension).
The Atlanteans took refugee inside other cities in the Earth with a strong-hold located under the plains of Brazil. Due to these “refugees” or “future-thinkers” being highly advanced, they were able to weather the hard times of losing hundreds of millions of their Brothers & Sisters. With time, they were able to eventually bring their frequency into 5th dimensional states of Consciousness which is what modern-day, awakening humans are aspiring into (bliss, love, inner-standing, God connection without Churches, peace, harmony, creativity).
Over the next few hundred years, these groups spread out inside of Earth’s honeycomb caverns and built over 144 glorious, interconnected cities, called the Agartha Network, which continue to flourish; however, to access them, humans and other species, both of the Earth realm and of the stars, must be able to consistency hold a 5D frequency.
Because the majority of humanity resides in the 3D Matrix consciousness and lower 4D consciousness realms, we are only able to communicate with Lemurians and Atlanteans in meditation and dream-states, although there has been the occasional in person contact over the years (you will find more on this in the resources at the end of this musing). As the Human Collective frequency rises, we will all met in person on the surface one day soon and select members of humanity will be offered the opportunity to visit these inner-earth cities.
It is exciting to know that these benevolent, uncorrupted, heart-centered Lemurian and Atlantean elders are available for us to communicate with… but why does Remembering these civilizations matter to the Great Awakening? Why does it matter to you and your Soul journey?
The answer to this question is multi-faceted.
Firstly, 85% of the Souls currently incarnated on Earth have lived at least one past lifetime in either Atlantis or Lemuria. Yet, the vast majority of us have lived dozens of lifetimes in these civilizations as our Soul has been caught on the loop of Samsara, or the reincarnation wheel. We would live a life as an heart-centered Atlantean priest, die and incarnate into Earth as a Atlantean prostitute during the downfall. Then we would be in Lemuria as a farmer etc. Many of us have dramatic karmic ties to dying during the years that Lemuria and Atlantis fell in vibrational frequency. There are contracts to be dissolved and traumas to be released from these past experiences of your Soul’s journey on Earth. In fact, a fear of water as a child is often associated with past lives during the sinking of Mu.

These past lives mean two things.
One: we may have karma or trauma from these civilizations that we must become aware of and integrate so that we do not repeat the lower frequency patterns of those lives during our Great Awakening currently occurring. We also have to check-in to see if we are storing collective Lemurian or Atlantean trauma within our DNA and if so, purge that from our biofields.
Two: because we lived lives during these amazing times, we experienced a lot of advanced learning and acquired fantastic knowledge. We knew telepathy, telekinesis and other senses. We were the builders of revolutionary technology. We were the priests and priestess of the spiritual temples who were able to access God Source Creator Consciousness (the Divine) with much more ease than we do so today.
All of this was forgotten as our Soul continued to loop on the wheel of reincarnation… but because we forgot doesn’t mean it is not still available to you. It is simply hidden, awaiting rediscovery. You have the power to access all of Lemuria and Atlantis.
When we can connect into our Atlantean and Lemurian DNA, which all of us have, we can not only free ourselves from these past karmic ties and trauma, we can empower a massive Remembrance that will transform our relationships to ourselves, each other, the animals, the plants, Earth and the other beings that we share this galaxy with.
The sooner that you step into exploring these two civilizations, the more rapid we will Remember the technology, the teachings and wisdom of them; we can then apply it on a small-scale to our personal lives and have a more enriched Earth experience. With time, this knowledge will transform humanity forever.
The one caveat is that you remember as you become more spiritually mature and are thus able to hold the magnitude of this knowledge. There are controls in places - both with the remaining Lemurian & Atlantean civilizations and with your Higher Self - to prevent the abuse of this technology and knowledge. The Lemurians & Atlanteans have direction from higher dimensional councils and straight from God Source NOT to rush the dissemination of knowledge and technology to ensure a smooth rising of Human Consciousness. No catastrophic repeats are to be allowed. Yet, make no mistake, this knowledge and technology is coming into Human Consciousness every single day.
Below I will detail 33 ways and resources for you to explore Lemuria and Atlantis in more depth. These resources can help you activate your DNA, expand your mind and see what lies within your heart relating to these ancient civilizations.
It is important to find your own truth within this exploration and not be led astray by your ego or others. It will require consistent effort, surrender, devotion and energy to reawaken this knowledge within you. Remain open to synchronicities. Always trust your heart because the 3D Matrix is doing everything it can to keep you from exploring and integrating this knowledge (after all, that is the Matrix’s role in your spiritual evolution).
Remind yourself frequently that much information is conflicting due to it being lost for so long. Much of this knowledge has only recently come to light and is often being shared from different perspectives and bias. You will have to find your own truth within (I constantly repeat this in my writings and social content because there is much trying to lead you astray from your awakening path).
It is my inner-standing that by intentionally deep diving into your Lemurian & Atlantean past lives, you can learn much about the nature of Consciousness (the Divine), your existence and the true history of Earth. Perhaps even the keys to unlocking your Soul from the 3D Matrix and the continued looping of Samsara.
